RETURNS

Returns Policy

1) Please send an e-mail to our customer service department (contacto@lilyblossom.es) right after receiving the goods, and always before 5 days after the delivery stating the reason for the return.

You only have to send your return to our address in Madrid, using any post office or shipping company you prefer.
We recommend that you retain proof of posting. 

2) Remember that returns will only be accepted if: the product is in perfect conditions for use. For intimate wear, no returns are accepted if there is proof of use, so we recommend that whenever they are tried on direct contact with skin is avoided. Returns of erotic toys will only be admitted when the packaging has not been opened.
 
3) Once the parcel is received and the state of the product is verified, you can choose any product of equal cost, or an Intimate Pleasure Voucher, which a Lily Blossom credit note for the amount of the returned item. This credit note can be used either online or at any of our stores.
 
4) If the product fails to accomplish the return requirements stated above, our customer service department will contact you for re-delivery of the product.
 
5) Whenever the product return involves customs costs (duties, dispatch, local taxes, etc), they will be at the customer's cost
